At United Call Centers, we're not just about making calls; we're about forging meaningful connections and delivering outstanding customer experiences. That's why we're on the lookout for talented individuals proficient in Portuguese to join our team as Telesales Specialists.

As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in:
  • Initiating contact with businesses in the hospitality industry through outbound calls.
  • Introducing our client's products and services.
  • Persuading decision-makers to sign up for our offerings.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Exceeding monthly lead targets.
Operating hours: Monday - Friday 12:00 - 20:00 CET

PLEASE NOTE: This is a freelance, contract-based role and not a standard employment position. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work as independent contractors.
REQUIREMENTS
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • Proficient Portuguese language knowledge and fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in the call center or BPO industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A motivated team player mindset.
  • Previous sales experience to seal the deal.
  • Hotel industry experience is an advantage.
