Salary: Basic 23.876 € gross/year + up to 3.408 €. bonus potential
Hours of work: 39hrs p/week Mon-Fri

As a Sales Development Representative, your mission is to identify and qualify sales opportunities among small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and generate qualified meetings for the Partner Manager team.
Through structured outbound campaigns, you will engage potential advertisers, understand their business challenges, and spark interest in digital advertising solutions -setting the stage for Partner Managers to present tailored strategies and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly targets and meet daily/weekly activity goals (outreach volume and meetings booked).
- Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts to identify high-potential advertisers and generate qualified meetings.
- Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold outreach, to marketing decision-makers and business owners.
- Build rapport quickly and assess client advertising needs.
- Qualify prospects by identifying business goals, marketing challenges, and readiness to invest in digital advertising.
- Communicate the value proposition clearly to generate interest ahead of the Partner Manager engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Partner Managers to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (leads, contacts, opportunities, activities).
- Work toward KPIs related to productivity, conversion rates, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.
- Document customer insights and key details to support internal alignment.
