For one of our clients — a leading global BPO provider delivering exceptional customer support and business services worldwide — we are looking for motivated and customer-oriented professionals for the role of:
Customer Support with Japanese & English

Your Responsibilities
• Be the friendly voice of the company, assisting customers via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and clarity
• Resolve customer inquiries related to products, services, or orders efficiently and accurately
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams while keeping customers informed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
• Follow established processes and quality standards to ensure consistent customer experience
• Understand customer needs and suggest relevant products or services when appropriate

 What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in Japanese (C1) and good command of English (B2)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine customer-first mindset
• Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is an advantage
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
