New Business Generation: Generate new business opportunities through strategic and targeted outbound prospecting into large companies, with a focus on building a robust sales pipeline.
Project Management and Support: Assist with project management tasks and follow-up calls, leveraging an understanding of both business and technical aspects to support client needs effectively.
Revenue and Sales Targets: meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Customer Engagement and Success: Proactively inform customers about new product roadmaps, propose relevant upgrades, and guide them through strategic adoption paths. Address customer needs from both business and IT perspectives, ensuring a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong professional relationships with customers, partners, and internal colleagues to foster a collaborative working environment.
CRM Adherence: Follow internal guidelines for customer relations management systems, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting to support organizational transparency and efficiency.
Main activities :
Acquisition: prospecting, lead management (with qualification), demonstration for client (explain the product, show in live), managing conversion funnel from lead to sale
Onboarding the client : customer journey (customer success, case management, questions from client), client renewal (afterwards, new product)
REQUIREMENTS
German or Polish C2 + English B1
Minimum 2 years in business development (outgoing)
High school diploma required; University degree strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and perform data entry accurately.
Proficient in outbound prospecting, quickly engaging new customers and effectively negotiating.
Capable of convincing decision-makers and delivering clear product demonstrations.
Demonstrated customer success skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts independently.
Effective account management skills, including identifying key decision-makers, relationship building, and strategic planning.
