Main Responsibilities:

• Management of the full internal sales cycle for the Swiss market.
• Identification of sales opportunities and closing of sales.
• Maintenance and development of relationships with current and potential clients.
• Coordination with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Reporting on sales activity and achievement of objectives.

• Essential languages: Dutch and English
• Experience in the sales and commercial sector

• Starting gross annual salary: €28,000.
• Salary review after 6 months: €30,000 gross per year.
• Additional 10% bonus (SIP), subject to annual performance evaluation.
• For the first 3 months: in-person at the office (Madrid), 5 days a week.
• Subsequently: hybrid model (3 days in the office and up to 2 days remote).
• Location: Coslada.
• First 6 months with Adecco plus transition to full-time employment.
