If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer & Technical Support Specialist in Porto, Portugal (On-Site), you will be providing customer care and technical assistance for medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and empathetic support to customers across European markets.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer & Technical Support Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices, consumables and accessories.
  • Manage order intake and renewals in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Assist customers with product usage and ordering through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, and SMS).
  • Accurately document all customer contacts in English.
  • Apply active listening and empathy to handle sensitive patients and situations.
  • Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Your qualifications

  • Are fluent, both verbal and written, in Italian + C1 level in English.
  • Can support more than one market simultaneously.
  • Have a strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Possess problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.

  • Have the patience and good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.
  • Apply active listening and empathy to resolve client issues.
