Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, chat and email in Dutch.
- Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support for products, answering questions and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnose and reproduce hardware, software and peripheral problems; collaborate with technicians to resolve them.
- Log cases in the ticketing system, ensure all interactions are documented and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues and follow up until resolution.
