As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, delivering high-quality support and contributing to achieving customer satisfaction goals. The role involves interacting with customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues, offering information about products, services, and processes.
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.

REQUIREMENTS
- Native fluency in English (Mandatory).
- Previous experience in a customer service role (valued).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications (valued).
