DESCRIPTION
Provide technical support and assistance for a project with a leading software development company
Utilize prior experience or skills gained as an IT Technician to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
Offer guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical challenges
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and provide valuable insights based on technical expertise.
REQUIREMENTS
Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in English (minimum B2) both written and spoken communication
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Background or experience in IT technologies/products, particularly in Cloud solutions or tools related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows is valuable
Ability to manage a wide range of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective resolution of issues.
OFFER
Full-time (39 hours) contract, Monday to Friday, 09:00 and 18:00
