DESCRIPTION
Location: Lisbon
Role: Austrian-German speaking Content Moderator
Salary: salary package 1,100 euro gross p/m (paid 14 p/a) plus 100 euro gross fixed monthly bonus (paid 11x pa) plus 7.63 euro net p/working day food vouchers
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week, rotational 24x7 operation
Relocation package:
- Furnished room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months
- Utilities included
- Subsidised rent, deducted directly from salary
About the Role
As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that all content uploaded to a leading e-commerce platform meets the company’s standards of quality, compliance, and safety. You will play a key role in maintaining trust in the platform by making rational decisions based on local market expertise and established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review content within agreed service levels and quality standards
- Ensure policy and legal compliance of all content uploaded to the platform
- Escalate issues in accordance with company procedures
- Stay up to date and adaptable to policy changes and process updates
- Maintain a strong knowledge of e-commerce products, services, and standards
- Work flexibly across shifts while adhering to standard operating protocols
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who:
- Native fluent in Austrian-German and English
- Have strong moderation skills and sound decision-making abilities
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate local market knowledge and cultural awareness
- Have a solid understanding of e-commerce
- Can cope with peaks in workload during promotional seasons
- Show empathy, professionalism, and strong customer service skills
