Your Next Career Opportunity
As a Customer Support Specialist with German and English, you will play a key role in assisting customers via chat and email. You will be the first point of contact, providing friendly, empathetic, and professional support.
This is a non-voice project, with communication only with chat and email.
REQUIREMENTS
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries mainly via chat and email
- Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system
- Follow communication guidelines and internal processes
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases while keeping customers informed
- Work efficiently across multiple systems
Your Profile
- German at native level (C1–C2) and English at least B2
- Strong written communication skills
- Good computer literacy and technical understanding
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
