What will you do?
- Handle incoming calls and provide top-quality customer support in German
- Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions
- Utilize strong communication and sales skills to maximize bookings
- Upgrade bookings from customers

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Native German speaker + fluent English skills
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Málaga
OFFER
Employer offers
- Permanent contract (39 hours/week) after a 2-month probation period
- Competitive salary of €21.500 gross a year
- Welcome bonus of €1500 gross!
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday 8:00-22:00, including alternate weekends
- Paid training (on-site)
