DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Representative to join an international team in Bulgaria.

About the role:

As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. 
You will ensure an excellent customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering professional assistance in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Polish (C1 level)
  • Good command of English (B1/B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria
  • Be an EU citizen or have a VISA valid to work in Bulgaria (mandatory)
