DESCRIPTION
Do you want to work in the travel industry and build a career in customer service? Our client is looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives in Enschede!
Join our client’s team as a Customer Service Representative, assisting travel agencies with booking-related inquiries while delivering outstanding service. Enjoy a paid training program, hybrid working conditions, and excellent development opportunities in an international environment.
What will you do?
- Assist travel agencies via phone with questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries
- Handle special requests and complex cases with a solution-oriented mindset
- Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions
- Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Continuously develop product knowledge through training and cross-skilling
Candidate profile
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2), both written and spoken
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with complex computer systems
- Willingness to work hybrid in Enschede, Netherlands
- In possession of a valid passport and Dutch BSN number
Employer offers
- Paid full-time training (up to 10 weeks)
- Seven-month contract with long-term opportunities
- 25 vacation days (full-time basis)
- 2646 € gross per month based on 40 hour work week.
- Hybrid working model (minimum two days working from home)
