About the company
Our client is a global leader in customer experience management and contact center services, delivering exceptional customer care in over 35 languages. With a diverse team across multiple countries, they provide first-line support and technical assistance for leading international brands in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
What will you do?
- Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients in managing their advertising accounts
- Deliver pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products
- Improve customer experience through product and tool support
- Analyze trends and troubleshoot issues affecting multiple clients
- Share feedback and insights with the engineering team
Candidate profile
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Fluency in English and other European languages is a plus
- Interest in digital marketing and online advertising
