What you will do in this role

As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:  

  • Respond to inbound leads, turning every call into an opportunity to match -clients with our unique merchant payment solutions and software 
  • Forge connections with new customers, introducing them to our game-changing products and services  
  • Be a guiding light, empowering clients with knowledge and solutions tailored to their unique needs  
  • Be a problem-solver, addressing queries and smoothing out any hiccups in the customer experience  
  • Innovate and organize, contributing to a seamless workflow and enhanced merchant experiences  
REQUIREMENTS

Your qualifications

  • Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish plus fluent in English 
  • Have more than 1 year of inside sales experience within a fast-paced organization  
  • Have a customer-centric mindset with a desire to go above and beyond your targets  
  • Have effective time management and rganization skills  
  • Have a competitive spirit and a great team player  
  • Have strong resilience with the ability to overcome objections  
  • Have a desire to learn and continue to develop  
  • Enjoy engaging in a high-paced, high-volume sales environment with frequent calls throughout the day 
  • Can maintain consistent, intensive phone activity to reach daily call targets and engage with multiple clients

  • Base salary of 19,000 euros gross/year + up to 4,000 euros gross/year in bonus and private medical insurance 
  • Full-time 39h/week permanent Spanish contract: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 
  • Full paid training for the company and the products you will be working on
  • A modern centrally placed office in Barcelona
