DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about nutrition, making a positive impact and connecting with people? We looking for a Customer Engagement Services Advisor Nutritionist – German Speaker to join our vibrant and diverse team!
What You’ll Do:
▶ Be the first point of contact for customers, responding to queries via phone and written channels.
▶ Share your nutrition expertise by providing clear and accurate information about Nestlé products.
▶ Counsel clients on healthy eating habits for themselves and their families, offering tailored advice on nutrition and dietary needs.
▶ Resolve sensitive and complex cases, always maintaining professionalism and empathy.
▶ Act as a proud ambassador for our iconic brands, keeping customers informed about new products, campaigns, and features.
▶ Collect valuable customer feedback to enhance our FAQs and knowledge base.
▶ Collaborate with stakeholders, sharing insights on health and nutrition to shape informed business decisions.
▶ Adhere to Nestlé’s standards for handling customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
▶ Redirect inquiries to the right stakeholders when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
▶ Native or fluent in German (mandatory) + fluent in English or Portuguese.
▶ Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Life Science, Food Science, or a related field.
▶ Up-to-date knowledge of German nutrition standards, institutions, and government strategies.
▶ Expertise in baby and adult nutrition, from first bites to balanced diets.
▶ Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task.
▶ Detail-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable in a remote work environment.
