DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to customers via live chat, phone, and email in a prompt and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our products, platforms, and promotions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting customer expectations.
- Liaise with other departments and follow up on outstanding cases to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information when necessary.
- Support administrative and documentation-related tasks within the department, including translating customer communications and announcements when required.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Team Lead.
Working hours
8h-18h00 & 13h-22h or 14h-23h00 (Rotative)
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2) in terms of written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Backoffice (Chats/Emails)
- Willing to accept rotational shift work (including weekends if required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Strong ethics, with ability to manage confidential information.
- Sharp time management skills and strong sense of responsibility towards duty.
- 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Customer Service (Financial / Forex industry would be a distinct advantage).
- A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

- Permanent contract after successfully completing a 3-month probation period.
- Salary package based on a 44-hour work week:
- Base salary: 4,00 to 5,000 MAD
- Language bonus: 1,500 MAD
