What we offer:
- Base salary up to €1,340 gross per month
- Additional health insurance + dental package
- Monthly performance bonus after the 3rd month – up to €134 (gross)
- Food vouchers: €30 per month
- Transportation allowance: €30 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email, ensuring accurate and appropriate information
- Demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism when handling escalated cases
- Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Advanced level of French and English
- Completed high school diploma
- Full-time availability
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns
- Working hours: 09:00 am - 21:00 pm Mon – Sun with two days off.
- With rotational shifts: One shift from 9:00 to 18:00 and one from 12:00 to 21:00
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in call center or customer service (training will be provided)
- Ability to navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications (or willingness to learn)
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
