Your responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for consumer requests, representing JTI, one of the world’s most esteemed companies in the tobacco industry.
• Utilize phone calls, e-mails and chats in order to provide a seamless consumer experience.
• Respond to inquiries about JTI’s products.
• Resolve issues as they arise – addressing consumer s’ concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Turn every consumer into a happy consumer!

 What you will bring:

• Excellent command of Kazakh and fluency in Russian
• Very good use of English – both in written and spoken language
• Work experience as a consumer support/consumer care representative will be considered an asset
• Highly developed communication skills
• A genuine problem-solving mentality and a deep sense of ownership
• Tech savviness and learning agility

You need to be an EU citizen / EU passport holder, or alternatively you need to have a Greek residence permit (providing access to work) or a corresponding digital blue paper.
