DESCRIPTION
We are looking for junior/middle Customer Support Agents to join a fast-growing Online Marketing company specialized in iGaming in Limassol.
As a Customer Support Agent, you will communicate with the Portuguesecustomer and assist them with their inquiries. You will represent the company’s brand, ensuring a professional, polite, and responsible customer experience.
- Assist customers via live chat and email (majority of interactions)
- Limited inbound phone calls
- Verify customer documentation (ID checks)
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- Serious candidates ready to commit long-term
- Fluent Portuguese and English speakers
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support or similar
- Positive, down-to-earth, and polite personality
- Availability to work shifts
- European passport (mandatory)
OFFER
- €1,800 gross per month
- Performance bonus up to €250/month (based on customer satisfaction and productivity)
