Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team, aligned with company goals.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to support customer needs.
  • Contribute to the team’s efforts in growing the business.
  • Recognize chances to recommend and upsell security and compliance products based on customer profiles.
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center
  • 1+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in remote or virtual environments
  • Fluency in Polish, C1 level.
  • Fluency in English, C1 level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, that enjoys sales and customer service
  • Attentive listener with clear and confident communication
  • Professional phone presence and soft skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Available to work flexible shifts while displaying impeccable schedule adherence
