Content Moderator – Bilingual Kurdish/English
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Salary: €1,100 per month
About the Role
As a Content Moderator, you will help create a safe and positive online environment by reviewing digital content across social media platforms. You will assess content according to established policies and guidelines, ensuring that users and businesses have a secure and engaging experience.
This role requires excellent judgment, attention to detail, cultural awareness, and the ability to make consistent decisions while handling a variety of content types.
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content, including videos, images, news articles, political advertisements, and social media profiles.
Apply content moderation policies accurately and consistently.
Assess content for factors such as violence, sexual content, age appropriateness, hate speech, and political transparency.
Escalate complex or policy-sensitive cases through the appropriate channels.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets (KPIs).
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all security and project requirements.
Participate in training, reporting initiatives, and employee wellness programs.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in shared services, customer service, or a similar operations environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in Kurdish and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
High level of cultural awareness and understanding of political and social issues relevant to the supported market.
Strong attention to detail and ability to make objective decisions.
Candidates must already have work permit for Greece and have AMKA etc too
