DESCRIPTION

Workster partners with a leading BPO company who is seeking to increase their Italian-speaking Team of Customer Service Advisors for a leading in home appliances that are based on deep consumer insight and developed in close collaboration with professional users. You will work based out of their city centre office in Lisbon.

Your Role

All product development in the Group is based on in-depth consumer insight – by performing an extensive number of interviews and home visits, the company acquires understanding of consumer needs and behaviour in the use of various household appliances. Based on this information, they develop solutions that simplify the everyday lives of consumers.

  • Giving customers a correct, polite, and friendly reception according to relevant Quality Guidelines and quality KPIs
  • Providing consumers with most appropriate information and correct solution, aligned with customer query and according to Buyer’s procedures and processes
  • Adding sales whenever possible, suiting both the company and customer needs
  • Operate and drive continuous improvements in all aspects of operations
  • Represent the brand with maximum professionalism and politeness


REQUIREMENTS
  • You have a very good command of spoken Italian (level C1);
  • Intermediate English (at least level B2);
  • Experience in a contact centre or customer facing role is beneficial;
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings – 07h-19h Monday – Saturday, 40h per week
  • You can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology;
  • Have proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping;
  • Have good computer literacy.
