For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Game Support Specialist with German (Relocation).

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to player inquiries via email and ticketing system;
• Provide expert support for PC and console games, resolving technical and gameplay issues;
• Document and track player interactions in the support system accurately;
• Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and player experience;
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all player communications.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and very good English;
• Previous experience in gaming or customer support is a plus;
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts according to schedule;
• Passion for video games and helping players enjoy their experience.
