# German- and Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Advisors
**Location: Katowice, Poland
**Work model: On-site
**Salary:
- German-speaking: 7,500 PLN gross per month.
- Swedish-speaking: 10,000 PLN gross per month.
## About the positions
We are looking for German- and Swedish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international company operating in the power tools and equipment industry.
In these roles, you will assist German- or Swedish-speaking customers with enquiries, product information, and questions regarding products, orders, deliveries, and returns.

## Your responsibilities
- Provide customer service to German- or Swedish-speaking customers.
- Answer enquiries about products, orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting.
- Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions.
- Ensure customer information is accurately recorded in the company's systems.
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
## We are looking for someone who
- Speaks and writes German or Swedish fluently.
- Has good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Has a customer-focused and professional approach.
- Can work independently as well as part of an international team.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
## What we offer
- German-speaking position: 7,500 PLN gross per month.
- Swedish-speaking position: 10,000 PLN gross per month.
