Your Responsibilities:
- Assist small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email & phone
- Deliver excellent customer service in German and English
- Guide users with pre- and post-sales product questions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, solution-focused responses
- Flag trends and common issues to improve overall user experience
What You Need:
- Fluent German (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese Residence Card
