DESCRIPTION
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and engaging Sales Account Manager to help grow our network of independent retailers and distributors across a diverse group of territories, including; Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. If you’re passionate about developing long term relationships and can identify B2B sales opportunities to drive sales growth across International markets, then we’d love to hear from you!

As our Sales Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing our existing distribution partners and trade accounts across our Export Markets. You’ll proactively plan and maintain regular, weekly contact through outbound sales calls, using these conversations to listen carefully, build trust and provide tailored advice, to help each partner grow their sales. Being a confident communicator, you’ll handle objections with ease, identify sales opportunities including and tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each business partner. Working closely with our distribution partners, you will support them in growing the presence of Warhammer products in their markets, you will set them challenging goals and support them to achieve them.

Every conversation will be different, setting out and your resilience and adaptability will be key to your success. You’ll be a natural problem solver, be comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures, and take the initiative and pave your path to success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment in line with our global trade strategy.

While previous experience in B2B Export Sales or Account Management is beneficial, your drive, determination, and enthusiasm for the role are what matter most.

REQUIREMENTS
Language: Full business proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. Fluency in any additional language would be beneficial, particularly French and Arabic.
Location: This role is based full time onsite at our UK Headquarters in Nottingham.
