We are looking for motivated Hebrew speakers to join exciting international projects in Lisbon or remotely within Portugal!

Your Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will depend on the project and position you join.
Customer Support Positions:
- Assist Hebrew-speaking customers through channels such as phone, email, or chat, depending on the project.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer requests and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with your team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Content Moderation Positions:
- Review and moderate different types of online content, including text, images, videos, and advertisements.
- Ensure that published content follows platform policies, community guidelines, and quality standards.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates established guidelines.
- Review, maintain, and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to creating a safer and more positive online environment.
- Share feedback and suggestions to improve moderation processes and overall quality.
Requirements
- Native or near-native level of Hebrew.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in customer service, social media, or digital platforms.
- Flexibility to work different schedules depending on the project.
*Previous experience in Customer Support or Content Moderation is an advantage, but not necessarily required for all positions.*
