Your role at Tech4sGroup:
As part of the VIP team, you will be fully accountable for the top value customer segments by replying timely to their requests and queries via email and chat to nurture these highly valuable players. You will focus on accurate responses and top quality communication with your VIP touch, and be responsible for potential escalation to all departments. As part of the proactive communication, you will be in charge of monitoring customers activities & use your analytical skills and a profound understanding of customer behaviour.
Fluent English, both oral and written is a must
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Very personable, sociable and enjoy talking to people from all walks of life
Great organisation, relationship building, planning and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail
Analytical mind and ability to manage promotional risk
Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and good problem-solving skills
Commitment to provide world-class service to valuable customers
Available to work shifts & weekends (8:00 – 17:30, 13:45 – 23:15)
