We're looking for a Czech/Slovak VIP Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries from our high-value players and ensure a premium service experience — especially during night shifts, five days a week with rotating weekends.
💼 Your Shift
Working Hours: between 8am and 2am - 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month
Work setup: this role is Warsaw-based, relocation support provided after remote start
Responsibilities:
- Handle VIP customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
- Maintain personal, long-term relationships with VIPs
- Collaborate with the VIP team for smooth service delivery
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Work between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English, both written and spoken
- Proactive with strong customer service or sales skills
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Experience in iGaming or VIP support is a plus
