Support customers with innovative smart home security solutions through email and chat while developing your technical skills in a stable and collaborative environment. About the company
Our partner is a global organization specialized in the technology and product support industry. They provide customer experience solutions for technology companies, helping them scale their customer support operations through sourcing, training, and management.
What will you do?
- Provide technical support to customers via email and chat
- Assist customers with smart home security products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through product usage
- Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously to resolve customer inquiries
- Complete translation tasks when required
- Deliver a high level of customer service with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Native-level Swedish with good English skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems at the same time
- Patient, flexible, and able to perform well under pressure
- Already living in the Costa del Sol area with secure accommodation in or near Malaga
- A driving licence or access to a car is an advantage if living outside Malaga
- Interested in building a long-term life and career in Spain
OFFER
Employer offers
- Stable workplace with exceptionally low staff turnover
- Hybrid work model after successful onboarding (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
- Competitive salary of €1,800 gross per month
- Performance bonus of up to €100 per month after six months
- 39-hour work week with one shorter working day each week
- Maximum of one weekend shift per month, performed from home
- Office located in Malaga Technology Park
- Full training and onboarding
