As a German Travel Experience Consultant at Airbnb, you will:
- Engage with customers by providing friendly and efficient service
- Handle complaints and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring all issues are resolved or escalated appropriately
- Use your bilingual skills to communicate effectively across multiple platforms (phone, chat, and messaging)
- Maintain data security and ensure compliance with Airbnb’s policies
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in German and a good command of English
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (especially in call centers) is a plus!
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Technical proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple communication channels
