As a Customer Assistance Specialist, you will support customers via phone and email, helping them find answers, resolve issues, and get the most out of the services they use. Through clear communication and a customer-first approach, you will play an important role in creating outstanding customer experiences.

Working closely with your colleagues, you will contribute to improving customer satisfaction while developing your own professional skills in a supportive international environment.

Fluent Slovenian and good English communication skills.

08:00–19:00 | Monday–Friday

You will work 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, with two shifts available throughout the day.
