Our Client

What you'll do
- Establish an efficient, courteous and personalized contact with Expedia's customers by phone and email;
- Assist customers with questions regarding bookings;
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with Expedia partners;
- Help guests with relocation;
- Assist with post stay complaints to find suitable solutions for both parties;
- Follow established processes accordingly to the expected level of quality service, excelling in individual and team goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2);
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- Passionate about traveling;
- Familiarity with the travel industry (popular destinations, airlines, hotel chains);
- Contact Center experience is a plus;
- Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
