Responsibilities
Provide online technical support through emails.
Assist customers with questions and provide product/service information.
Process orders and manage returns.
Help customers understand our products and address any inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills: Basic computing skills, excellent written communication.
Languages: native French +C1 English.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Empathy and Problem Solving: Key to addressing customer needs.
Mode of Communication: Email only; no chat or phone calls required.
