Danish-speaking Customer and Technical Support in Europe!

What You Will Do

• Be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat.
• Provide friendly, professional support for a variety of inquiries (general, account, billing, product questions).
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues (software, hardware, account access).
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams while ensuring the customer is kept informed.
• Contribute to a high-performing, multilingual, and multicultural team environment.

• Fluent/Native Danish speaker (mandatory).
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher, for internal communication).
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and an excellent communicator.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.
• Willing to relocate to one of our fantastic European locations.
• Valid EU citizenship or work permit for the EU
