Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Service & Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Budapest.
Become part of our EPTA Business Services Centre (BSC) and work in an international environment where you'll support customers, coordinate service activities, and contribute to smooth business operations across Europe.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and technicians via phone, email, and customer portals
• Handle service requests and coordinate service activities
• Monitor ongoing cases and provide updates to customers
• Collaborate with technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Support aftersales administration and service operations
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
• Follow up on payment-related queries and outstanding invoices
• Resolve billing issues and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Contribute to process improvements and team KPIs
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
• Fluent Danish and English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
• Experience in customer service, administration, invoicing, or similar support functions
• Experience in a shared services or international environment
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
• Understanding of service coordination, invoicing, or accounts receivable processes
Recent graduates with strong language skills are also welcome to apply.
