€1,300 gross/month + performance bonus: Up to 10% based on monthly performance and KPIs

The Role
As a Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will support Danish-speaking customers and provide professional, friendly assistance across multiple communication channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting Danish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
Handling customer enquiries and providing accurate solutions
Maintaining a high standard of customer service
Working towards monthly performance and KPI targets
Language Requirements
Danish: C1 level
English: B2 level
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 10:00–19:00 Athens time
Salary & Benefits
€1,300 gross/month
€950 gross base salary
€350 gross Danish language allowance
Performance bonus: Up to 10% based on monthly performance and KPIs
Bonus eligibility starts after the first 3 months and is paid from the 4th month
€5 per working day on an Up Hellas card
