In this role, you’ll bring your passion to maximize results and build sales opportunities, by providing services that enhance and build relationships with current and future customers. Focused on achieving revenue quotas, you’ll provide professional customer service to commercial, public sector or consumer customers.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Establish and maintain long-term business relationships (from 3 to 9 months) with the new Clients
  • Develop customized online advertising strategies for individual new and existing clients
  • Provide guidance to clients on Google Ads-related matters, including proposing new solutions, negotiating offers, and educating them about Google Ads products
  • Manage all aspects of Google Ads, including campaign setup, rebuild existing campaigns, and monitor, optimize, and report on results
  • Sell Google Ads products and solutions (inside sales, upselling, cross selling), continuously analyzing results to ensure the achievement of set goals
  • Collaborate with employees from various departments to prepare solutions for clients and develop their campaigns during the customer service period
  • Meet your personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while being a team player contributing to the overall team sales targets

You'll report to Operations Manager. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both German and English
  • An aptitude for sales and marketing
  • Tech-savvy and understanding of marketing and advertising principles
  • Reside in or ability to relocate to Warsaw or Krakow, Poland
