Join Our Team: Customer Care Representative (Dutch/English Speaker)

Position: Customer Care Representative
Language Requirements: Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
Location: Fully remote work (must be based in Greece)
Start Date: Middle of April
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week, 9am to 11pm Greek time (8-hour shifts)
Contract Type: Indefinite
Salary: €1300 gross monthly salary, with 14 salaries

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Provide excellent customer care and support
- Assist customers with order inquiries, product questions, and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Must be based in Greece
