Dutch speaking Customer-Support - Fully Remote

We are recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service professionals for several international projects across industries such as telecommunications, energy, and other services.

After completing fully paid training, you will support customers via phone, email, or chat. Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

• Helping customers with billing, payments, contracts, and services

• Answering general customer inquiries

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting

• Scheduling appointments and coordinating customer requests

• Finding efficient solutions while delivering a positive customer experience

• Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken

• Customer-oriented, empathetic, and solution-driven

• Strong communication skills

• Professional and positive, even in a fast-paced environment
