Do you speak fluent Dutch and want to build an international career in Greece?
We are looking for motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Support and Technical Support Specialists to join international teams in Greece.
Depending on the project, you may support customers with account questions, billing, general customer service, technical troubleshooting, applications, software functionality, websites, connectivity and other service-related topics.
You will receive full training and relocation support to help you start your new adventure abroad.
What will you do?
• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone and/or chat
• Handle customer service and technical support inquiries
• Assist customers with accounts, billing and service-related questions
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting
• Guide users through websites and applications
• Explain available features and solutions clearly
• Deliver accurate and professional support
• Ensure a positive customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent Dutch, minimum C1 level
• English at C1 level
• Valid EU passport with at least 6 months validity
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Motivated, reliable and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Willing to relocate to Greece
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
OFFER
• Gross base salary of approximately €1,300–€1,500 per month, paid 14 times per year
• Performance bonus of approximately €100–€250 gross per month, paid 12 times per year
