DESCRIPTION
Your responsibilities will be:
- Provide assistance via phone/mail/chat to agents by solving simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the indirect sales business
- Guide the customers through the Webshop
- Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained
- Give support to the Back Office team to solve customers’ claims
REQUIREMENTS
The requirements for this position:
- Able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily
- Fluent in French and English
- Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to actions
- SAP, Office or knowledge of other office software’s is preferred
- Able to work in a results-oriented team
- Minimum required Secondary school
