DESCRIPTION

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Provide assistance via phone/mail/chat to agents by solving simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the indirect sales business
  • Guide the customers through the Webshop
  • Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained
  • Give support to the Back Office team to solve customers’ claims
REQUIREMENTS

The requirements for this position:

  • Able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to actions
  • SAP, Office or knowledge of other office software’s is preferred
  • Able to work in a results-oriented team
  • Minimum required Secondary school
