DESCRIPTION
Join an international customer experience company in sunny Lisbon and work on behalf of one of the world’s leading social media platforms.
You will become part of a multicultural team supporting content creators, influencers, and business customers. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your digital customer service skills while living and working in Portugal.
- Support content creators and influencers across different social media platforms.
- Handle subscription management, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Respond to new and existing business customers by phone, email, and live chat.
- Make outbound callbacks and proactively contact customers who previously requested support.
- Assist customers after they have independently purchased services.
- Identify effective solutions using the company’s internal knowledge base.
- Provide professional, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Focus exclusively on customer support—this is not a sales position.
REQUIREMENTS
- You are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
- You have a good command of English, as the training and internal communication will be in English.
- You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- You are comfortable using social media platforms and digital tools.
- You are customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.
- You are available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 24:00.
- You are willing to work fully on-site in Lisbon.
- You are eligible to complete the required background and reference checks.
OFFER
