Position: German Technical Support Advisor
Location: Athens, Greece
Salary: €1300/month
Responsibilities:
- Handling technical inquiries and troubleshooting
- Providing support for transactions and payment inquiries
- Onboarding new customers (B2B)
- Updating merchants' information in our Database
Requirements:
- Fluent in German
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Proficient in MS Office
- Analytical mind for complex technical inquiries
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong PC handling skills
- Fast understanding of numbers and data
- Problem-solving abilities
- Target-oriented mindset
Working Hours:
- Two shifts available:
- 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
- 10:30-18:30, Monday to Friday
Training: 3 weeks + 2 Nesting Weeks with 50% productivity expected
