German-Speaking Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal

We are currently seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator who is dedicated to upholding the standards of social media by ensuring that content adheres to guidelines. Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and evaluating content in accordance with provided guidelines and standards.
  • Identifying and labeling relevant information and features during content review.
  • Verifying compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and legal regulations.
  • Assessing content relevance, accuracy, and quality based on predefined criteria.
  • Identifying potential guideline violations and developing corresponding solutions.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve continuous improvements in content, processes, and tools.
  • Creating reports and statistical analyses on the reviewed content.
REQUIREMENTS

Your Profile:

  • German native speaker or proficient at a strong C1 level.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience in a dynamic operational setting, call center environment, or a role involving customer interaction is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capability to work autonomously.
  • Clear and organized communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality output within designated timeframes.
  • Possession of a customer-centric and proactive problem-solving mindset.
