Alorica Bulgaria is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will help ensure the quality and safety of online content on a major social media platform.

Working Hours: Fixed shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Days Off: Fixed weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email, ensuring accurate and appropriate information is delivered
Demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism when handling escalated cases
REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in German and intermediate-level English
Availability for full-time, on-site work in Sofia.
