German-Speaking Ads Onboarding Account Manager
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €24,310 base + up to €4,290 annual bonus
Overview
This role focuses on helping high-potential companies in the German market get started and succeed with digital advertising. You’ll work closely with new clients, build relationships, and guide them in creating effective PPC campaigns that drive real results.
You’ll act as both a consultant and a sales partner, helping clients grow while also identifying opportunities to expand their investment.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and onboard a portfolio of new clients
• Build and optimize PPC campaigns tailored to client goals
• Make outbound calls to promote services and generate opportunities
• Understand client needs and recommend the right solutions
• Drive campaign performance and long-term growth
• Identify upselling opportunities and increase ad spend
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM
• Handle a high volume of daily client interactions

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s in Marketing/Communications is a plus)
• Native or C2-level German and strong English
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally client-facing
• Confidence working independently and delivering results
• Experience managing customer relationships and using CRM tools
• Comfort using AI tools to improve workflows and personalize outreach
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset
• Solid understanding of business and market dynamics
