Full relocation package to Porto
3,000€ welcome bonus (paid across the first 12 months)
Competitive salary package:
• 1,100€ base salary (paid 14x/year)
• +100€ monthly complexity bonus (paid 11x/year)
• Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day
On-site role with 24/7 rotating shifts:
• 07:00–16:00
• 14:00–23:00
• 22:30–07:30
About the Company
Our client is a global outsourcing partner supporting over 2,000 companies worldwide. For their multilingual hub in Porto, they are looking for German-speaking Content Moderators to join their growing team.
The Role
As a Content Moderator, you will review and analyse videos on a major social media platform. Based on set guidelines, you’ll make decisions and tag content appropriately. The role requires strong attention to detail, patience, and consistency, as the work can be repetitive. This is a growing project with opportunities to develop further.
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in German
- Good level of English
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus, but not required
