Location: Athens, Greece

Position: German Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in German via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to car rentals
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions promptly and accurately
• Handle booking requests, modifications, cancellations, and payment inquiries
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a seamless booking experience
