German Speaking Tech Support & Sales Specialist - Greece

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner following agreed-upon procedures.
  • As a First Level Agent, handle incoming calls and effectively resolve each customer's problems.
  • Not only handle customer cases reactively but also be ready to proactively offer and expand the product range, thus enhancing the customer journey.
  • Sales conversations, following a cross-selling and up-selling approach, are part of your daily routines.
  • Ensure that the services provided to our customers meet the contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Listen attentively to customers' concerns and needs, demonstrate empathy, and use the opportunity to build a relationship with the customer.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of the products and/or services.
  • Complete and accurate work, including appropriate account notes as required.
  • Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and company performance.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring to published materials, secondary sources, or more experienced colleagues.
  • German native speaker or at least strong C1 level.
  • Fluent English language skills in both written and spoken form.
  • Precise communication and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Technical background and experience with Microsoft services and products.
  • Advanced skills in technical issue troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Experience in a B2B context is advantageous.
  • Proactive communication style and sales orientation/experience.
  • Strong skills in customer service, relationship management, and support.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.
  • Dynamic and structured work approach, as well as customer and goal-oriented thinking.
