DESCRIPTION
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding bookings, post-booking support, and complaint resolution
- Deliver accurate, empathetic, and effective assistance to each customer
- Record interactions and maintain data accuracy in internal systems
- Follow internal procedures and escalate issues when necessary
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and support service quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
- German (C1) written and spoken proficiency
- English (B2+) proficiency
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
- Availability to work full-time or part-time, including up to 2 weekends per month
