- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat

- Assist Italian-speaking customers with product-related questions, account inquiries, and general support requests

- Identify customer needs and provide accurate and efficient solutions

- Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience

- Escalate complex cases to relevant internal departments when necessary

- Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with international colleagues in a dynamic work environment

- Document customer interactions and follow internal processes accurately

- Fluent in Italian and good command of English

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude

- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required

- Flexible and adaptable mindset

- Motivated to relocate to Sofia and develop an international career

- Salary: €1,350 gross per month

- Start date: 13 November 2026

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00
