JOB DETAILS
- Contract type: Permanent – Full-time – Cadre forfait jours
- Reporting to: CEO
- Position: Sales Manager
- Compensation: fixed salary + attractive variable bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Manager at Dylogy, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our go-to-market strategy in the (re)insurance space. You'll own the full commercial cycle – from pipeline structuring to client relationship management – and contribute directly to Dylogy's growth and positioning in the market
Your main responsibilities will include:
- CRM & Sales Funnel Structuring
Organise, and continuously optimise our CRM (HubSpot) to track leads, opportunities, and client relationships. Define sales funnels aligned with our website, social channels, and inbound campaigns
- Prospecting & Outreach
Identify and qualify new leads, run outbound campaigns, and cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers in the (re)insurance ecosystem. Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and measurable follow-up
- Contract & Deal Management
Support the legal process during contract negotiation phases in collaboration with our legal partners. Ensure clarity, traceability, and smooth execution from proposal to final signature
- Client Demos & Representation
Prepare and conduct client demos, both remotely and in person. Represent Dylogy at meetups, conferences, and industry events to strengthen visibility and positioning
- Sales & Marketing Alignment
Collaborate with marketing to co-create impactful content (blog posts, website copy, newsletters, or video assets) supporting lead generation and nurturing strategies
- Strategic Market Feedback & Product Loop
Act as a voice of the customer by gathering insights from prospects and clients, translating them into actionable recommendations for the Product and Tech teams
- Growth & Future Leadership
Contribute to building Dylogy's commercial playbook and long-term go-to-market strategy, with potential evolution into a Head of Sales role as the team scales
- Business Development Strategy
Build sales forecasts, track KPIs, and identify new growth levers (upsell/renewal strategies, referral opportunities, partnerships). Help secure key early accounts to support Dylogy's expansion
QUALIFICATIONS
Hard Skills
- Proven experience with CRM tools (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Strong background in business development, lead generation, or enterprise sales
- Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and KPI-based pipeline tracking
- Experience with content-driven commercial storytelling is a plus
- Familiarity with contract negotiation processes
- Comfortable with public speaking and product demos
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Structured and organised, able to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
- Strong collaborator working closely with product, marketing, and leadership
- Adaptable mindset suited for fast-paced startup environments
- Proactive, outcome-driven, and commercially curious
Languages
- Fluent business English is mandatory
- French is a strong asset (client interactions)
Experience
- 2 – 7+ years in sales, account management, or business development
- Experience in insurance / reinsurance / insurtech / fintech is a strong plus
- Driving licence (Permis B) is a plus
